There was a smirk placed upon her lips, a hand resting against her cheek as a light giggles escaped her. Why was she so amazing? She was amazing? Sure, she might say something like that about herself, but she never really meant it.

Unlike Muffet, you didn’t really get compliments, and you also didn’t think that highly of yourself. Not that you thought lowly of yourself either– you supposed you just didn’t think about it at all? So when someone points out you’re being, ahem, “charming”, it takes you by surprise.

You tried to find a way to come across as ‘I was trying to imply you were interesting and elegant, not that you were a “weird” not-boring.’, but not only did you think that point had gotten across to her, but she was probably expecting another flustered slip-up from you.

Muffet on the other hand thought highly of herself pretty often, maybe it was pushing past thoughts back or maybe it was a bit of narcissism? She just saw it more of boosting her own confidence whether or not narcissism was the answer to her actions…

The spider queen straightened her back and tried to get a better look at him with all eyes. They studied him, trying to catch his every movement while giggles escaped her lips. “Well if it is getting hot all of a sudden I do not mind, as long as it’s not getting colder ahuhuhu!”

A hand lifted to rest against her lips, giggling some at the pun he gave. “I’d say that exquisilk fits perfectly, deary. Your puns are a miracle to the Underground. Adorable and punny, a lucky skeleton.” He was a dork too, that was a plus.

“Are you alright though deary, I do have to worry some you know~” She lifted two of her hands, fiddling with them as they started to create shapes. There were some diamonds and some spiders, some just random blobs of web that were being made.
